Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel a registration and/or request a Refund or a Transfer, please submit your request in writing to info@rachelleduc.com .

Please note that all requests are subject to a $20 administration fee.

Conferences

For request received more than two weeks before the event a 100% reimbursement (minus the administration fee) will be granted.

For request received between 7 and 14 days before the event you will receive a credit of 50% (minus the administration fee) that you may apply on any other event.

For request received less than 7 days before the event no refunds or credit will be granted.

“You Deserve It!”  Day

For request received more one month before the event a 100% reimbursement (minus the administration fee) will be granted.

For request received between 30 and 21 days before the event you will receive a credit of 50% (minus the administration fee) that you may apply on any other event.

For request received less than 21 days before the event no refunds or credit will be granted.
